Our advanced thermal imaging uses infrared technology to detect hidden issues not visible to the naked eye, including moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, air leaks, and electrical hotspots. This non-invasive service helps identify problems early before they become costly repairs. It is included in our full home inspection package and is also available as a standalone service for clients who require thermal imaging only.

Square Footage: Pricing is based on above-grade finished square footage. If you’re unsure of your home’s size, Falcon Property Inspection will help determine the appropriate package for you.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of inspection.
Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply depending on the distance to the property and the age of the home.
Scheduling: Most inspections can be scheduled within 2–3 business days. Rush inspections may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Cancellation: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
